Description

An experimental end-to-end mobile multimedia broadcasting chain implemented in software for generic and low-cost hardware. The very compact transmitter generates DAB compliant signals and includes an ensemble multiplexer and a modulator based on the GNU Radio USRP device. Video, audio and data applications are encoded, transmitted and presented on different types of commercial receivers in real-time.
