Mission

To conduct R&D in satellite communications concepts, systems and technologies to assist in the development of Telecom Policy and to assist industry in manufacturing and provision of service, by:

• in-house and contracted-in R&D
• management of major satcom programs
• satcom applications development

• Contribute to military satcom concepts
• Represent Canadian interests in civil and military international fora
