Terms and Conditions of Use

By submitting a resume to the CRC inventory, it is understood that you agree with the following terms and conditions:

The CRC Research Scientist and Engineering Recruitment site uses information gathered to create an electronic inventory of specialists in various research areas. The inventory gives managers the flexibility to quickly fill research scientist and engineering positions. However, CRC uses many ways to fill vacant positions. If you are looking for a job, we recommend that you submit a resume to our inventory but also that you continue to consult the following sites:

For persons currently employed in the Federal Public Service, please visit the PubliService website.

Active Status of your File

Your resume will be kept in the inventory for 90 days and then deleted. Therefore, you will need to re-submit a resume once the 90 days have expired.

Accuracy of the Information Submitted

By submitting to this inventory, you commit to providing accurate and complete information. Any incorrect statement in your file or in your resume, whether voluntary or involuntary, may result in its rejection from the inventory without previous notice.

Privacy Notice Statement

Collection and use of personal information is in accordance with the federal Privacy Act. In some cases, information may be disclosed without your consent for purposes not outlined in this Statement pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act.

All personal information you supply will be accessible to delegated managers and human resources personnel who have submitted a request for inventory access. Employment Equity information is accessible only to human resources personnel.

You must use the resume@crc.gc.ca email to register. Other means are not accepted unless you have a disability.

Fraud and Misuse

Section 403 of the Criminal Code of Canada makes it an offence to impersonate another person for advantage, property gain or disadvantage of another person.

Section 430 (1.1) makes it an offence to obstruct, interrupt or interfere with the lawful use of data.
