COVLAB and COVLITE are separate products with different price points and options. See the product brochures and comparison chart for more information on the products page.

Both are offered:

• On a per seat basis,
• Delivered via a CD and hardware USB key (dongle),
• Includes the first years support and maintenance,
• Maintenance package can be purchased for subsequent years,
• Includes training at CRC (1 day for COVLITE and 2 days for COVLAB),
• Other training arrangements can be made,
• Customization can be considered.

Software and hardware requirements:

• 1 GHz processor;
• 1 GB of RAM (2 GB preferable);
• One of the following operating system:
  • Windows XP Professional;
  • Windows Vista Basic/Premium/Business/Ultimate;
  • Windows 7 Professional/Enterprise/Ultimate;
• 1024 x 768 display resolution;
• Hard disk with at least 250 MB of free disk space for program files only; Additional space is required for project files and topographical databases;
• 1 free USB port;
• Video card with 128 MB of memory recommended.

 

Customer support

Clients have high quality support with direct access to our development team of engineers. Licensees have access to the latest downloadable software updates and trouble reporting system.

There are available ongoing support packages that provide the same level of support for the 2^nd and subsequent years of licensing. Please contact us for additional information.
